Protein Pineapple Mango Smoothie Recipe

Updated: Jan 23, 2023

There's nothing better than the sunshine and a Pineapple smoothie! Now the temps are warming up it's time to pull out the pineapple and coconut water. Did you know the benefits of the two? The pineapple is a tropical plant with an edible fruit; it is the most economically significant plant in the family Bromeliaceae. Pineapple is rich in fiber and is perfect for your digestion and weight loss journey. These are just a few of the benefits of adding pineapple to your diet.

  • Loaded With Nutrients

  • Helps with weight loss

  • Contains Antioxidants.

  • Rich in fiber its Enzymes aid digestion

  • Helps heal wounds

  • May Boost Immunity and Suppress Inflammation

  • May Ease Symptoms of Arthritis

  • May Speed Recovery after Strenuous Exercise

These are just a few of the reasons I love Coconut water, besides it being a tropical drink.

It first and foremost boost hydration. It's also low in calories and carbs and replaces the sports drinks that are filled with sugar and fake additives which you want to avoid during your wellness journey.

  • Boost Hydration

  • High in potassium(more than a banana! Say what?)

  • Low in calories

  • Supports Digestion

  • Cures a hangover(haha)

  • Kidney stone prevention

  • May reduce blood pressure and stroke risk

  • Healthier skin

Now that I hopefully have you convinced to add Pineapple and Coconut water to your weekly diet, try it out and let know what you think!
